The queen of a bankrupt Balkan state prevents the captain of one of her ships from attacking the Monaco casino in order to get money for his crew. The film is one of the most successful musical comedies that Erich Pommer produced with the Schwarz/Heymann/Schulz team for Ufa around 1930.
