From 11 – 20 November 2022 the 19th cinefest took place: Cranked, Unchained, Colorful, Digital The Development of Camera Technology and Film Art in German Cinematography
At the Metropolis Cinema, we show over 25 film programs on the topic.
In addition, some films will also be available online at Metropolis+.
The 35th International Film History Conference took place from 18 to 20 November at the Metropolis cinema, as well as an online version.
As part of the festival, a forum on the topic OPEN MEMORY BOX took place on 12 November 2022.
The cinefest Preview at the Abaton Kino and the cinefest Encore at Lichtmess and Alabama Kino round off the festival experience.
