Hinweise auf Foto- und Videoaufnahmen<\/h1>\n

Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung werden Bildaufnahmen erstellt. Nachfolgend informieren wir Sie \u00fcber die Art und Zwecke der Bildaufnahmen, \u00fcber die Rechtsgrundlagen und Ihre Rechte.<\/p>\n

Die Bildaufnahmen werden zu den folgenden Zwecken verwendet<\/strong>: Bereitstellung der Aufnahmen f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer; Interne Bilddatenbank, bzw. Bildarchiv; Vereinsinterne Nutzung; Verwendung im internen Netzwerk (Intranet); Bereitstellung an Sponsoren\/ Partner; Pr\u00e4sentation und Bewerbung unser eigenen Leistungen; Hinweise auf weitere und auf \u00e4hnliche Veranstaltungen; Unsere eigenen Printmedien und vergleichbaren Publikationen; Werbezwecke; \u00d6ffentliche Berichterstattung \u00fcber die Veranstaltung; \u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit; Verwendung auf unserer Website; Ver\u00f6ffentlichung in sozialen Medien; Ver\u00f6ffentlichung im TV\/ Fernsehen; F\u00fcr jedermann zug\u00e4ngliche und nutzbare Bilddatenbank, bzw. Art der Aufnahmen<\/strong>: Fotografien und Videoaufnahmen.<\/p>\n

Rechtsgrundlagen der Aufnahmen<\/strong>: Berechtigte Interessen an der Nutzung der Aufnahmen zu den vorgenannten Zwecken gem. Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f., 85 DSGVO in Verbindung mit \u00a7\u00a7 22, 23 KUG.<\/p>\n

Aufbewahrungsdauer der Bildaufnahmen<\/strong>: Die Bildaufnahmen werden solange aufbewahrt, wie das zu den vorgenannten Zwecken erforderlich ist. Die Bildaufnahmen k\u00f6nnen intern unbeschr\u00e4nkt aufbewahrt werden, z.B. zur Sicherung von urheberrechtlichen Rechtsanspr\u00fcchen durch Nachweis von Originalaufnahmen und dar\u00fcber hinaus aus Gr\u00fcnden zeitgeschichtlicher Dokumentation. Im Fall der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung, k\u00f6nnen die Aufnahmen solange publiziert werden, wie die jeweiligen Publikationstr\u00e4ger, Artikel oder Beitr\u00e4ge \u00f6ffentlich zug\u00e4nglich sind. <\/p>\n

Hinweise auf Bildaufnahmen Dritter<\/strong>: Bildaufnahmen k\u00f6nnen auch von den Teilnehmern der Veranstaltung in deren eigener Verantwortung erstellt werden. Wir bitten die Teilnehmer um gegenseitige R\u00fccksichtnahme auf ihre Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsrechte. W\u00e4hrend der Veranstaltung k\u00f6nnen Medienvertreter vor Ort sein und in eigener Verantwortung Bildaufnahmen erstellen.<\/p>\n

Information on Images and Recordings<\/h1>\n

During the event, images will be taken and\/or recorded . In the following, we will inform you about the type, the purpose of the images as well as the legal basis and your rights.<\/p>\n

The images and\/or recordings are used for the following purposes<\/strong>: Providing the images for the participants; Internal image database or archive; Use within the organisation\/association; Use in the internal network (Intranet); Provision to sponsors\/ partners; Presentation and promotion of our own services; Information on other and similar events; Our own print media and comparable publications; Advertising purposes Public reporting about the event; Public Relations; Use on our website; Publication in social media; Publication on television; An image database or image archive accessible and usable by everyone (e.g. image download area with a media selection for editorial purposes); Use by press and media; Artistic purposes; Reference for the photographer; Use in video productions; Video coverage of the event; Use in lessons\/teaching; Presentation and and demonstration purposes;<\/p>\n

Storage time of the Image Recordings<\/strong>: The images shall be retained for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out above. The images can be stored internally without restriction, e.g. to secure copyright claims by providing evidence of original recordings and furthermore for reasons of historical documentation. In the case of publication, the images can be published as long as the respective publication media, articles or contributions are publicly accessible. <\/p>\n

Information on Third Party Photographs and Recordings<\/strong>: Participants of the event can also take photographs or recordings on their own responsibility.
